Who Supplies The Products/Equipment Needed To Clean My House?

We supply all products & equipment needed to clean your home, however if there is a specialty product you currently use, if you leave it out for us we would be happy to use it.

Do I Have To Sign A Contract?

No. If you are not 100% Satisfied with our service you ay cancel at any time.

How Do I Pay For My Service?

Payment is due on your service day. We accept Cheque, Cash, Interac Email Transfer as payment.

Will I Have To Do Anything Before You Come?

This depends on your personalized estimate. However, the less “pick up” required by us reduces your over all price & provides you the best value.

What If I Go On Vacation & Need To Cancel A Clean?

No problem. If you are planning to go away send us an email to cancel your service while you’re away. We will require at least 24 Hrs notice for cancellations.

What Do I Do If I Want Something Extra Done Not On The List?

If you want something extra done on your cleaning day simply email us your request so we can book the additional time required. We require at least 24Hrs notice to make changes to the daily schedule.

What If My Cleaning Day Falls On A Holiday?

When a Holiday falls on your cleaning day, we would bump you to the closest day for example, if the Holiday is a Monday you would be bumped forward to a Tuesday spot or if the Holiday is a Friday you would be bumped back to the Thursday spot. Either way we will email the change in date if it’s required.
